NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
All members are invited to attend the Griffith Touch Association’s AGM to review the past season and elect the incoming committee.
Date: Thursday 20th August 2026
Time: 5:50pm for 6:00pm start
Venue: Coro Club Function Room, Harward Road, Griffith

In consultation with NSW Touch Football, Griffith Touch Association has updated its Constitution. The updated Constitution is available to view via the following LINK: GTA 2026 Constitution – GTA x NSWTF Review
Members are encouraged to review and provide any feedback prior to the meeting via email to secretary@griffithtouch.com.au
The updated Constitution will be tabled for formal adoption at the meeting.
Nominations for General Committee positions are now open — please email secretary@griffithtouch.com.au to nominate.
All correspondence relating to the AGM items listed above are due to the secretary no later than 5pm Wednesday 19th August 2026.
NOTICE FOR BOND MONEY
At the conclusion of the meeting, we will be refunding team bond money from the 2025/2026 season. The registered team contact must be present in person and provide bank account details at the meeting. It is then their responsibility to distribute the funds back to their players.
